What is the Klassy Portal?
The Klassy Portal is the backend to the Klassy website where providers can edit their class listings to ensure information is kept up to date and is portrayed in the way they want.

The Portal can be found at https://portal.klassy.com.au
I can't log in to the Portal
-
Make sure you are using your user email address, not a Centre or Provider email (although these may sometimes be the same).
-
Use the reset password function to ensure your password is up to date.
-
Ensure your account has been approved for access to the portal by checking with us via support@klassy.com.au.
I did not receive any response after submitting a request to access the Portal
It can take up to 48 hours for us to review a Portal request. If you still haven't received anything in your inbox or junk folder, email us via support@klassy.com.au with the details of your request and we will look into it for you.
Can I invite other people from my business to access the Portal?
Currently, there is only one admin user allowed per organsation on the Portal. We will be adding new functionality soon to ensure all required staff can access the Portal as needed.
The address field for my Centre cannot find my location
We use a third party map provider. Usually it takes a moment or two to find the typed address. You can simply navigate to your location using the map, or enter an address nearby before selecting your exact location.
Alternatively, you can type the centre location into the designated address fields.
Why is the class I have just created not showing in the parents webapp?
Classes need to be 'Published' to be shown in the webapp, you can find this within the Class Details Page.
Try refresh your cookies to update the class list in the webapp
If the above has been done and the class is still not showing, contact us at support@klassy.com.au.
I can’t find a suitable activity from the list
The activity list simply stores all previous activities entered. If you wish to add a new activity in, type it into the field and save the class. The new activity will then be available for selection in future classes.
Why do I need to include the age of children for my class?
Klassy gives parents and carers the curated class information based on their filters. In order to get the most out of the Klassy platform, it's best to specify the age range of each class to ensure you are reaching more parents with transparency about your classes.
Is the information I provide securely stored?
Absolutely! We use sophisticated encryption and secure databases to ensure all provider information is stored in a safe and compliant manner.
How can I view my class listings?
We list a lot of classes on Klassy. To find your listings, head to https://app.klassy.com.au and set your Centre location as the search location in the filters. Your classes should appear there. You can also use the other filters to segment your classes in the way a parent would.
I can’t upload an image to my class as the file size is too small
Images to be uploaded to your class page must be at least 50KB to ensure the image quality is maintained throughout the platform.
Why do I need to provide a separate email address for each Centre?
When a parent enquires about a particular class, we immediately notify the Centre contact. The Centre contact should contain an email address that is best placed to respond to enquiries about classes at that Centre.
What details should I add to the class information?
It's completely up to you and your place to shine! We do recommend including what children may expect to do when attending, some benefits that parents can relate to and any important information they may need to know when considering this class.
You don't need to include age, cost, class size and location as these can all be setup elsewhere in the Portal.
You must not include any phone numbers, email addresses or websites.
Can I add a Centre that is located away from Melbourne?
Klassy is currently only operating in Melbourne. While the Portal will allow you to add Centres outside of Melbourne, we do not recommend doing so, as parents and carers will not be able to view your listings given the website limits where they can search.
How much does it cost to be listed on Klassy?
Class listings are FREE on Klassy, now and always!

When you list a class with availability to be booked, we will charge a percentage of the booking fee for each successful booking as per the rate shown in your Portal dashboard.
